Staff training
The Goodwill Center (the name has now changed from School to Center) is closed Thursday and Friday this week due to a staff training which aim to improve the communication skills of the staff.
The training is financed and organized by the Steung Hav project which I described in an earlier post. The staff training is held at The Goodwill Center as this building is more suited. Staff members from The Goodwill Center are also invited to the training as well as 2 students from the teenager class. Furthermore are staff from M'lop Tapang and 1 member from The Starfish Project invited.
The training is held by Sok Chea from the Attitude Center of Education, who are invited from Phnom Penh. This is the fifth year they are invited and this years class regards the importance of communication.
As I didn't want to disturb to much by taking pictures I only took a few and they are all taken during the training today.
Regarding the Steung Hav project you can now find 2 different links on the right, one in English and one in German. The German one is more updated with pictures etc. We have also decided to donate the clothes from Lisbeth to children in this project. Hopefully we are able to carry this out in the near future.
